It has been an outstanding experience of no worries. The updates are completed on schedule and seem to do excellent work. Just renewed with PURE 3 and look forward to the usual high standard of protection.

We were not born with a computer in our hands, so for us to us it, well it takes us time. I was surprised how easy it was to install Kaspersky, I thought for sure I would have to call our son or son-in-law to help me, but your system walked me through it with no problem. We have Windows 8 and I did have to call the Geek Squad to help me get my games back on but that was no problem.

everything about this product is perfect i was a little leery the first year or 2 never really hearing of the company but by the third year of knowing how good it is i went ahead and purchased a 3 yr extensions so keep up the good work

I have been using Kaspersky Pure for several years and find it to be the best comprehensive package of Internet protection I have ever experienced. It is easy to use, anticipated problems and works in the background under an alert is required. If it is not perfect, it's as close to that ideal as I've experienced.

I tried all of the security programs in the 13 years I've had a home PC they all failed to protect my computer. Finally I tried Kaspersky trial & I like it SO well I paid for a 2yr subscription. NO More problems! I can go anywhere on the Net I want now. If the site doesn't have a registered URL or contains a threat Kaspersky warns me & wont let me in! Sure wasted a lot of money with all the other so-called Security programs! I hope they get my 2 years right!

Besides being the best PC protection, Kaspersky also has the best customer service. You have a problem, they'll fix it. And beat this: they noticed they made a mistake, not me, and they fixed it with apologies and a gift. Very few companies would operate that way. I was a devoted customer before that, now they got me forever!

At the beginning was only antivirus since I start to use it 10 years ago. So is a long journey between me and Kaspersky. I this time I recommended to everybody. If works fine for me, means will work for others. Kaspersky Pure is the best solution on the market. More than that is the only software who really deserve his money.

I wasn't surprised with the performance of this product. It performs as well as any Kaspersky product I've used. I tried Kaspersky a few years ago and have been a satisfied customer since. Pure 3.0 is easy to use. I feel safe doing anything on my computer because I know Kaspersky will protect me. I feel that it's a bit pricy even though it's a good product.Thanks Kaspersky, keep up the good work.

I like Kaspersky, but when I turn off the computer or just log out, no updates are done and it says my computer is at risk. When I go on vacation, I turn off my computer and when I get back I have to run all the programs to get protection or updates. Why doesn't it update when not in use? This concerns me about protection when I am not on the computer for a small length of time.

I love Kaspersky Pure 3. I used to use ESET and had an issue, went on the internet (google) to find their support and ended up giving all my vital info to a fake ESET support company. No worries now with Kaspersky Pure 3.0

I've not received any threats so I'm confident that it works as predicted. I switched from Internet Security to PURE and find PURE 3.0 to be a more intuitive product. The help links are excellent with relevant and in-depth information regarding specific questions/issues.
The Safe Money feature is a real security comfort while accessing financial IP addresses. The setup is easy and launching from Safe Money saves a number of steps. Likewise, the virtual keyboard is, itself, a real plus as compared with other popular products.
As a company, Kaspersky is very high on my list of companies with demonstrated integrity in both customer care and high-end security software. I can't think of a single reason why I'd ever consider changing my virus protection software.
