I am a gamer and also constantly on the internet... kaspersky is one of the best anti virus and internet security products in the open market and let me tell you I have used kaspersky over Six years now and will Continue to use it.

I bought this product a month ago. And now due this software a virus introduced into my system.
(Trojan virus) and my system got stuck for a while then it crashed.
Now all my data is gone. I don't recommend to anyone. Absolutely junk.
Main concern you might want to think is:
You may loose the data just because of virus. Which is least expected from any anti-virus software. This may be negative strategy of marketing their cloud memory space.
Totally unsatisfied.

I am satisfied with Kaspersky's protection, however I am still getting popups to resubsrcibe. I did resubscribe in May and have already paid the bill. My husband is most upset to still be getting reminders. Please tell me what I can do now to stop the popups.

When my last computer died of an annoying infection and I bought a new one, I knew I needed the best protection out there. I asked my Godson, who recently graduated college with a degree in computer science for his opinion. He said Kaspersky was the best so I went with it. I am thrilled with the protection and service I have seen. I run a scan once a week and it appears to me to be doing a super job.

K. is the first thing I do to any new computer. In today's world you need protection from those idiots who live to ruin your computing day.
I have tried most of the popular security software and have only liked one of them. I can't find anything I don't like about it. Just a good, safe, and necessary addition to any computer. Just get it!

You don't know it's there til you need it. No memory consuming stuff running in the background slowing everything down.

I love this new service. The only complaint that I have is I cannot see the computer monitor that is suppose to remain on my screen. It I on the other 2 computers but I cannot see it on my Desk top computer. I would like to know how to get it back on my computer

My computer has not crashed once since I got Kaspersky.They have my back and keep me safe.I've tried several others including Microsoft,Mcafee and Norton.Kaspersky leaves them in the dust.Their constant updates and technical expertise are far beyond any commercial product available to the general public.You need protection? I love this product however, I get a lot of error messages with it. It tells me to send the report to you guys I'm not sure if it goes though. I am uncertain how to contain a virus. It doesn't give easy instructions on how to do this.

I renewed my subscription several weeks before it expired. I had problems downloading the new subscription, but after trial and error finally accomplished it. The problem is that they kept sending e mails telling me to renew their product on both computers. They also shorted me over a weeks coverage, by using the renew date versus the old expiration date.
